Abstract

Effect of Regional Political Stability on the Implementation of Fiscal Decentralization in Indonesia.. The fiscal decentralization policy is a consequence of the political decisions of decentralization or the politics of regional autonomy taken by the government. Regional autonomy cannot succeed if it is not fully supported by fiscal politics through fiscal to regional transfers (fiscal decentralization) to support the success of regional autonomy. The implementation of regional autonomy in the field is recognized more on political aspects than economic aspects. The problem arises when political stability in the region is not significant enough to run which then affects the implementation of fiscal decentralization which is not synergistic. Even this has implications for further problems that have an impact on the course of government and of course the course of fiscal decentralization itself. Even so, if the opposite happens, that is political stability in the region is ideal and healthy so that it influences comprehensively on the course of governance in the region, of course, this is directly proportional to the course of fiscal decentralization which will lead to good governance in the region.
