IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BLENDED E-LEARNING PADA DIKLAT PENGADAAN BARANG/JASA DI BPPK

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation of the “Diklat Pengadaan Barang/Jasa” process by blended learning method. The reseachers will identify the factors that support the implementation process of the training with blended learning method. This study focuses on the process of implementing the “Diklat Pengadaan Barang/Jasa” held in the first quarter of 2017. The research data comes from secondary data sourced from the Monitoring and Evaluation Report of the Implementation of “Diklat Pengadaan Barang/Jasa” in 2017. The research data is processed by using quantitative descriptive method. In the process of implementing the blended learning method for the “Diklat Pengadaan Barang/Jasa”, the training participants do not implement the optimal self-paced learning process. This causes the implementation of “Diklat Pengadaan Barang/Jasa” blended learning program did not achieve optimal results.
