PERAN ALOKATIF PEMERINTAH MELALUI PENGADAAN BARANG/JASA DAN PEREKONOMIAN INDONESIA

Abstract

This study is aimed at analyzing the the impact of the role of government’s allocation through procurement on the economy of Indonesia which was represented by Product Domestic Bruto and relationship of them. Using monthly data from Badan Pusat Statistik and Monev Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) year 2013-2014, this study is conducted to make estimation by applying Vector Auto Regression (VAR) with test of Impulse Response Function (IRF) and Variance Decomposition (VD). The results of the study show that ( i ) shock or values change of the procurement of goods and services had a positive impact on economy of Indonesia in long run permanently in which 91,12 % variation of the economy of Indonesia derived from procurement by governement; (ii) In relationship, economy of Indonesia also have a positive impact on procurement but it took not permanently .Shock or changes of economy of Indonesia for a longer will give negative impact on government procurement that continues to increase in the long run.
